The Web Project Manager will be at the centre of the action. Your role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. You need to be an effective communicator, coach, and cheerleader.


You will also be responsible for account management and client satisfaction. Our clients must find you a credible partner.


Your role will expose you to cross-functional talents in our User Experience, Creative Design, Digital Marketing, and Web Technology practices. You will get to learn from and work with 360 digital talents.


To succeed, you must have experience in web development and related technical knowledge. You will be planning and managing varied digital projects. These include web, mobile, and omni-channel experiences, and emerging technologies.

The Web Project Manager reports to a Project Director.

Responsibilities

  • Outline project goals, timelines, budgets and execution plans.
  • Plan, manage and execute project activities, including documentation.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including tech, UX, creative, and marketing.
  • Ensure delivery compliance and quality standards throughout project.
  • Facilitate communication between relevant internal business units.
  • Liaise with clients to understand needs and manage expectations.
  • Supervise junior team members.


Requirements:

  • Digital agency experience is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development and digital projects, including Agile project management.
  • Experience managing digital projects including development of websites, content management systems, and web applications.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, WordPress, Drupal), and Java/.NET/PHP development.
  • Both a team player and a motivator of people.
  • Able to coach, mentor and cultivate junior staff.
  • Client management and partnering skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
