Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines
- Ensure that project progress is within schedule, quality, budget and safety standards
- Identify and resolve site technical problems
- Prepare project’s periodic progress report for updating Senior Management, including pre-empting / highlighting potential issues and suggesting solutions
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants/contractors/vendors/suppliers to achieve project deliverables
- Liaise with relevant authorities in managing submissions and obtaining the clearances necessary for project to progress
- Review the procurement of various service contracts
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Good degree in Architecture, C&S or Project Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Singapore building industry
- Good track record of successfully delivering complex and challenging projects
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project lifecycle
- Experience in using project management software
- Resourceful and agile in driving projects to fruition
- Self-driven, ability to multi-task and comfortable with tight deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage in view of the Company’s global presence
- Suitably qualified candidates will be considered for Assistant Vice President role
