This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a .Net Developer in the United States.

As a .Net Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications in a collaborative, Agile environment. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, and other engineering team members to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This remote role offers exposure to modern Microsoft technologies, web applications, and multi-tier architecture while contributing directly to impactful IT solutions. You will have the opportunity to solve challenging technical problems, optimize system performance, and support business-critical applications. The role provides occasional travel for collaboration and hands-on engagement with key stakeholders. You will thrive in an environment that values problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to analyze, design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using Microsoft technologies
  • Identify root causes and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by system performance indicators
  • Standardize and document development practices and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Conduct code reviews and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions
  • Support integration and maintenance of portal applications using WCF, REST, JSON, AJAX, XML, and SOAP
  • Provide occasional on-site support and equipment transport as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in C# and the .NET framework, with strong SQL and T-SQL skills
  • Experience with web technologies including ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and UI design
  • Familiarity with multi-tier architecture and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools such as netTiers, Entity Framework, or LINQ
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, SaaS applications, and IIS administration is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and the ability to travel occasionally
  • Demonstrated ACE qualities - Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm for delivering quality solutions
