Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs using Figma, from wireframes and flows to high-fidelity mocks and interactive prototypes.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces.
- Work closely with product and engineering to define user stories, specs, flows, and design concepts.
- Participate in UX research, gathering user feedback to guide iterative design improvements.
- Contribute to product strategy to shape the overall user experience.
- Manage multiple design tasks independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, etc.).
- Experience designing B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products (legal tech, fintech, HR tech, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, able to express design rationale clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
- Startup mentality: Resourceful, independent, and action-oriented. Willingness to wear multiple hats.
- Willingness to participate in regular meetings both internally and with customers to understand user needs.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AI-driven tools
- Familiarity with legal tech, or workflow-heavy software products
- Comfort with user testing, usability studies, and/or qualitative research
