The UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across the Sitemap platform. This position focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that align with our architectural standards and user needs. This position will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into elegant design solutions.
Job Goals
- Deliver user-centered designs that enhance usability and engagement across Sitemap products.
- Ensure design consistency and alignment with the architecture framework and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into the development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve design processes and advocate for best practices in UI/UX.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design and maintain UI components and style guides that support scalable development.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the evolution of the Sitemap team’s design strategy.
- Ensure accessibility compliance and responsive design across devices and platforms.
- Document design rationale and workflows for cross-team visibility and knowledge sharing.
