The Lead Sponsorships & CSR Officer is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and management of sponsorships and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The candidate will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying strategic partnership opportunities, and ensuring that all activities align with the organization's overall mission and goals. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and influence various segments of the business to drive both profitability and positive social change. The successful candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, innovative thinking, and a strong understanding of corporate citizenship and social influence. This position provides an opportunity to lead initiatives that not only support organizational growth but also contribute to the community and society at large.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to meet the organization's objectives.
- Identify and build partnerships with potential sponsors and stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate CSR initiatives to enhance corporate social responsibility impacts.
- Oversee budget allocations and financial planning for sponsorship and CSR activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of sponsorship and CSR programs regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sponsorship activities with business goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of sponsorship and CSR efforts.
- Organize events or campaigns to promote CSR and sponsor partnerships to the public.
- Develop communication strategies to enhance public and media relations efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all initiatives.
- Mentor and guide subordinate staff involved in sponsorship and CSR programs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in CSR and sponsorships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing sponsorships and CSR programs.
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of CSR principles and sustainable business practices is essential.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance program effectiveness.
