 We are currently looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer to join MaxBeauty.

What challenges await you: 

– Designing interfaces and user experiences for MaxBeauty’s digital products (new for iOS, later also for Android and web)

– Developing UI concepts for upcoming features based on the Product Vision

– Animating and prototyping key user scenarios

– Building and maintaining a design system

– Conducting user research and market analysis to improve UX and business metrics

– Generating and validating hypotheses to enhance the product and its key metrics, as well as creating design variations for A/B testing

– Conducting regular usability testing and monitoring key metrics

– Overseeing the development process from a design perspective

What is important to us:

– 3+ years of experience in interface design (mobile product experience is a must)

– Ability to create functional and aesthetically appealing interfaces

– Advanced proficiency in Figma (Components, Autolayouts, Design Tokens)

– Strong knowledge and understanding of core mobile guidelines such as Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design

– Deep expertise in visual design (Typography, Color Theory, Grid Systems)

– Understanding of atomic design principles and design frameworks (HCD, Design Thinking, Lean Design, etc.)

– Experience in building design systems from scratch

– Experience and understanding of UX Copywriting principles

– Awareness of digital trends and modern UI design approaches

– English level B2+

– (!!!) Online portfolio with detailed case studies

Bonus points for:

– Experience in designing a product from 0 to 1

– Prior experience in startups or fast-growing products

– Previous experience with subscription-based business models and products that rely on paid user acquisition channels

 — Experience with low-code tools (Framer, Webflow, or others)

— Proficiency in prototyping tools (Rive, Origami, Principle, or others)

— Experience using sound design in interfaces

— Experience in creating micro-interactions and UI animations
