We are looking for a bright and passionate UI/UX designer with the skills below

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing UI layouts, components, and visual styles for automotive HMI platforms.
• Contribute to UX design by creating wireframes, user flows, and interaction patterns.
• Support design research activities, including competitive benchmarking, persona development, and usability studies.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications in Figma for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX researchers, visual designers, and HMI developers.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and automotive UX best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and component-based workflows.
• Understanding of UI design principles (color theory, typography, layout) and UX fundamentals (information architecture, usability).
• Basic knowledge of design research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for automotive design and emerging in-vehicle technologies.

Good to Have

• Exposure to motion design or micro-interaction prototyping.
• Knowledge of automotive HMI trends and standards (e.g., GENIVI, Android Automotive).
• Experience with other design tools (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
