Agile Coach services include but are not limited to:
- Support the relevant project leads to manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Set up and coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Set up, configure and support projects in Azure DevOps / Jira Classic - this included updating information in Jira at the required cadences. This potentially includes facilitating the migration/reconfiguration of projects from Azure DevOps / Jira Next Gen to Jira Classic
- Providing advice, guidance, and support to help Digital project owners to adopt and embed Jira Classic as required to integrate with Jira Align at a consolidated level – this potentially involves facilitating teams to maintain waterfall project management practices with an agile overlay for reporting purposes linked to Jira Align
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Facilitate external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Support the relevant project leads to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Support the relevant project leads to ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the products and enjoy working on it.
