- Analyse competitors and market trends to inform positioning.
- Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and CRM teams.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Use data and KPIs to drive decisions and measure success.

- Experience working in a small, cross functional team where everyone is ready to pitch beyond their official responsibilities, if it’s what’s best for the team and for the business
- Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity and frequent priority shifts, with the ability to react quickly and respond positively to change
- Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome obstacles and get things done
- First class interpersonal skills - in person, remotely and in written format
- Innovative & full of ideas for both creating and taking advantage of new opportunities
- Commercial awareness, understanding both how to optimise a complex product and how to react to a fast changing competitor landscape
- Strong customer empathy with the ability to fully understand the needs of the user
- Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to understand key business drivers and how they underpin strategic and tactical decision making
- Comfortable creating and implementing new processes, as well as challenging/improving existing ones
- Excellent relationship building skills with a desire to be part of a team with a strong internal identity
