People Experience Coordinator - 6 Month FTC, potential to go permanent
Location: South West London (Hybrid - c. 2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £35,000 - 40,000
We’re working with an exciting, e-marketplace, innovator who are on the hunt for a People Experience Coordinator to join their team. This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of shaping culture, connection, and employee experience across the business.
If you’re the kind of person who loves getting stuck into both the details and the big picture - organising onboarding one moment and planning an all-company event the next - this is your chance to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Own the full employee lifecycle - ensuring every joiner, mover, and leaver has a seamless experience from start to finish.
✅ Plan and deliver memorable team events, celebrations, and connection moments and championing culture.
✅ Keep People data sharp and systems running smoothly, driving accuracy across HR processes.
✅ Be the trusted go-to for employee queries, offering proactive, solution-focused support.
✅ Partner with the People team to roll out engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives that bring the company’s values to life.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
💥 Experience in People coordination within a fast-paced, growing environment.
💥 A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a love of organisation.
💥 Confidence with HRIS tools (HiBob experience a bonus).
💥 Strong communication skills and a collaborative, approachable style.
💥 The ability to stay calm under pressure and make things happen.
This is an opportunity to join a business that’s genuinely focused on building an inspiring, inclusive workplace - where no two days look the same and every contribution counts.
