Project Manager
Location: Remote (UK-wide)
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 PA + benefits
We are working with a highly reputed professional services firm and they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Value Creation Portfolio within the Group Growth team.
This role will support the delivery of the One Client Acceptance project; a key initiative focused on improving, standardising, and simplifying client onboarding processes across the Group. The Project Manager will lead delivery activity, ensuring project objectives are achieved in line with PMO standards and governance, while maintaining momentum and strong stakeholder engagement throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring scope, milestones, and benefits are achieved.
- Drive delivery momentum, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits, and escalate where required.
- Apply consistent project management standards, processes, and tools as defined by the PMO.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Client Onboarding functions.
- Track and report on benefits, compliance improvements, and value delivery against project objectives.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects within corporate or professional services environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile).
- Experience delivering compliance or regulatory change projects.
- It is essential that you have knowledge of client acceptance, conflict checks, AML, and risk assessment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Desirable:
- Experience working in professional services, financial services, or consultancy environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and tools such as Asana.
