• Engage with Clients: Partner with clients to understand their vision and challenges. Build strong, trust-based relationships for clear alignment on goals
• Conduct User Research: Perform user research—interviews, surveys, and usability testing—to shape user-centred designs that resonate with client needs
• Deliver Intuitive Designs: Create clean, elegant designs from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, integrating client feedback seamlessly
• Advocate for the User: Represent user needs in client meetings, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations while promoting best practices in user experience design
• Work with the team of designers and collaborate with a cross-functional teams (iOS, Android, Web, QA) to maintain cohesive designs across platforms, engaging clients to refine ideas
• Understand Development Dependencies: Collaborate with development teams to grasp technical constraints, ensuring designs are feasible and aligned with timelines
• Peer Review and Feedback: Participate actively in peer reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to continually enhance client satisfaction
• Stay Informed on Trends: Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, especially in AI, to drive innovation that exceeds client expectations
• Workshops and Presentations: contribute to facilitating workshops to gather insights, present design concepts, and ensure project goals align with client needs
  

• 3 + years of experience in crafting beautiful digital design solutions across web and mobile
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable design best practices
• Rapid prototyping skills to translate ideas into tangible concepts.
• Solid understanding of user research methods and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly
• A keen eye for detail and user behaviour across markets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Experience / appetite to mentor other designers
