Your Responsibilities:

🀝 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all their financial needs.

πŸ’Ό Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with tailored solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience in customer relationship management, private banking, or asset management, with a solid track record of working with HNWIs.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, digital assets, and financial services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strategic approach to relationship management.
  • Outgoing and personable, capable of engaging clients both virtually and in person.
  • Proficiency in English and German (C1)
