Required Knowledge & Experience
Technical Experience — Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Reliability Servicing or related IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT repository tools such as:
- CMDB, Application Referential.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools:
- Dynatrace, Opnet, BAM (or similar).
- Proficiency in incident, problem and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish and track performance metrics, deliver data-driven insights, and support strategic improvements.
Business Experience — Mandatory
- Experience working in dynamic and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving mindset for improving service quality and stability.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into simple, non-technical explanations for stakeholders.
