Our Clinical Digital team is looking for their first in-house UI/UX Designer. You’ll lead the way in creating intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across our digital ecosystem.
You’ll help define how design drives innovation in healthcare technology — hands-on, collaborative, and impactful.
Challenges we trust you with
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align design and technology.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and evolve our design system and style guides.
- Champion user-centered design principles and promote design awareness within the organization.
You have:
- A master degree in science or engineering, or an equivalent experience
- A first experience in an R&D (Research and Development) team within a strongly regulated tech industry (e.g. medical devices, pharma, nuclear, airspace), during which you delivered results in time and quality
- One or more life experiences in which you had to showcase leadership skills and helped a team organize itself
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
