As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions for enterprises. You will both be implementing existing models, as join the development of custom models. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning to develop solutions that improve the efficiency or profitability of our customers. You like engaging with customers and colleagues and have a passion for building meaningful solutions using machine learning.

Some key responsibilities:

  • You understand the business needs of our customer, while you have an ability to translate those into technical, functional and non-functional requirements so you can contribute in designing appropriate solutions for our customers.
  • Use Python to deploy production ready pipelines and ML models on primarily Microsoft Azure, but you are also open to get hands-on with Google Cloud or AWS.
  • You will work together with both your colleagues in the Project Management & Delivery team, Machine Learning department as well as with the Software Engineering department.
  • Keep up with and apply state of the art ML research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native-English or native-Dutch (French is a plus).
  • A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Working experience with cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure is a plus).


Following experiences are a plus:

  • Showing your passion through GitHub repos or prior engagements in Kaggle competitions
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying scalable machine learning models.
  • Publications in relevant AI/ML conferences and journals.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in one of our focus domains: GenAI, Data Quality, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance
