We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team.



Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy and business-minded Project Manager who will act as the bridge between technology and operations — ensuring that our digital tools and our customer support teams work hand in hand to deliver a fast, intelligent and seamless experience.


You are a great fit if you:


  • Hold a Master’s degree in Management, Technology, or a related field.


  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


  • Are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.


  • Have a strong customer orientation, an eye for detail, and a solution-driven mindset.


  • Communicate clearly and effectively, with a collaborative and positive attitude.


  • Are autonomous, organized, and eager to make an impact in a fast-moving environment.


Your mission

As a Technical Project Manager, you will coordinate the implementation and evolution of key technological and operational projects, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical delivery.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Acting as the bridge between the tech and operations teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

  • Managing and monitoring the development roadmap in close collaboration with our technology partner Haulmont.

  • Driving AI-based initiatives for customer support (chatbots, voicebots, email automation, etc.).

  • Translating customer support and operational needs into actionable technical solutions.

  • Coordinating API integrations with new partners and clients.

  • Documenting and optimizing business and support processes.

  • Tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements.

  • You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the Head of Growth and Customer Support teams.
