About The Role
We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer to join our Technology team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and evolving Omniva’s mobile experiences — creating smart, seamless logistics solutions that directly impact how people send, receive, and interact with their deliveries every day.
You’ll work across the full stack — developing mobile applications in Flutter/Dart and contributing to the backend systems that power them. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product visionaries to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop innovative mobile solutions that enhance customer experience
- Lead new features from ideation to live deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — designers, engineers, and product owners — to shape product direction
- Ensure smooth progress and delivery of key initiatives
- Maintain high-quality standards by writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Contribute to backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Share knowledge, mentor others, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Experience with Flutter and Dart
- Understanding of backend development, ideally with Java and Spring Boot
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product quality
- Experience with automated testing and hands-on quality assurance
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
