Senior Android Native Developer

We're looking for a Senior Android Native Developer to join our team and take ownership of Android projects from concept to launch. You’ll be working closely with product and design teams to build high-quality mobile experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Android development and has successfully built and launched at least one app from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and/or Java.

· Lead the development of new features and improvements in existing apps.

· Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

· Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.

· Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.

Key skills:

· 5+ years of professional Android development experience.

· Proven experience building and launching Android applications from scratch.

· Strong proficiency in Kotlin

· Deep understanding of Android SDK, architecture components, and best practices.

· Experience with modern Android development tools (Jetpack, MVVM/MVI, Room, Retrofit, etc.).

· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile workflows.

· Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and mobile design principles.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus skills:

· Experience with Jetpack Compose.

· Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or mobile analytics tools.

· Published apps on Google Play Store with a portfolio or links.
