We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join a team of a global music education platform where anyone can learn, play, create, and teach music - used by millions of people.
The company is profitable and growing fast, building at the intersection of education, product, and tech. Small, empowered teams, big user impact, and a strong craft mindset.
This role requires you to relocate to Helsinki, Finland
Mission
Be the embedded data partner for a high-impact mobile + web product squad. You’ll define success metrics, run fast experiments, and turn user-behavior signals into roadmap decisions that improve activation, retention, and revenue.
What you’ll do
- Act as the voice of the user through data: find pain points, “aha” moments, and friction across journeys; size opportunities.
- Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and ship clear, decision-ready readouts.
- Build/maintain self-serve dashboards & reports that monitor key product KPIs, translate insights into lifts in activation, retention, and revenue.
- Segment users/personas, explore adoption/retention drivers, inform roadmap prioritisation with evidence.
- Translate complex findings into simple, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Ways of working
- Embedded with the product team (planning, reviews, user discovery) and a heavy experimentation culture across app + web.
- Don’t wait for tickets - propose the questions, design A/B tests and ship decision-ready readouts that influence the roadmap.
- Join planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and occasional user research so analyses and experiments directly solve real user problems across app + web.
Success looks like
- 3 months: trusted advisor shipping insights that shape sprint priorities; first experiments shipped with clear readouts.
- 6 months: measurable lifts in core metrics (activation/retention/engagement) and a sustainable experimentation mindset.
Requirements
- Expert SQL and strong BI visualisation (Looker or similar); Python for deeper analysis is a plus.
- Proven experience influencing product strategy via experimentation and data-informed decisions.
- You communicate complex findings in ways that non-technical stakeholders understand.
- Proactive ownership: you propose analyses & tests - not just execute requests.
- Background in mobile apps; subscription, gaming experience translates well.
Benefits
- Join an international, VC-backed team building a category-leading EdTech app.
- Make a real dent: impact millions of current and future musicians.
- Work with a tight, friendly crew of PMs, designers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Competitive pay + perks; great offices (Helsinki HQ and Berlin hub).
