Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in building scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain features using PHP, Symfony, and Pimcore.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and refine project requirements.
- Architect solutions that are robust, secure, and scalable.
- Code review, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both backend and frontend systems.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices to improve the teams efficiency and output.
- Ensure the team follows best practices for security, performance, and testing.
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on PHP. Strong expertise in Symfony and related frameworks.
- Proven experience with Pimcore (or a willingness to quickly learn). Solid experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or React).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, Google, etc.).
- Proficient in database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora or similar).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Preferred
- Knowledge of DevOps practices. Preferred
- Knowledge of container and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Preferred
- Experience in Agile methodologies. Preferred
