Redslim is seeking a detail oriented and people focused HR Assistant (Generalist) to work closely with our HR Director and support our teams in 10+ countries. You will play a key role in day-to-day operations while supporting high-impact HR projects: recruitment, learning & development, performance management, talent programs, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
This role offers full remote work, a truly multicultural environment, and broad exposure to the full HR lifecycle — making it a strong springboard for building an international HR career.
Your Responsibilities – Putting Employees First
In close collaboration with the HR Director, you will:
Recruitment – Coordinate and follow up on hiring processes.
• Draft and promote job postings in line with company standards.
• Source and pre qualify candidates, maintaining accurate applicant tracking.
• Schedule interviews and ensure clear communication with candidates.
• Support administrative onboarding, ensuring every new joiner feels welcome.
Learning & Development – Organize and track training initiatives.
• Consolidate training needs with managers.
• Coordinate sessions, logistics, materials, and completion tracking.
• Maintain relationships with training providers and follow budgets.
HR Administration – Keep records accurate and compliant.
• Update employee records and HRIS databases.
• Prepare, archive, and manage HR documents (contracts, amendments, letters).
• Handle administrative matters (leave, benefits, absences).
• Consolidate payroll variables and prepare HR reports for leadership and compliance.
HR Projects – Support performance, talent, and compensation cycles.
• Assist with goal setting, feedback collection, and results consolidation.
• Contribute to talent reviews, development plans, and mobility actions.
• Update salary grids, prepare files for reviews, and assist with basic analyses.
Employee Engagement & Continuous Improvement
• Organize team building, onboarding events, and recognition moments.
• Contribute to surveys and help analyze results.
• Propose process improvements to optimize the employee experience.
• Ensure data quality, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.

Your Profile – What Makes You a Great Fit
• Customer service mindset when assisting employees.
• Degree in Human Resources (Bachelor’s minimum; Master’s appreciated).
• 2+ years initial HR experience in an international HR/administrative role.
• Fluency in English – our working language.
• Precise, detail oriented, and committed to confidentiality.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Zoom); ATS/HRIS experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the flexibility and resilience to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Cross cultural communication skills – comfortable working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable working with data, tracking HR KPIs, and preparing reports for leadership.
• Team player, autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn.
