This position offers the opportunity to join the Flexcity team alongside skilled colleagues from different backgrounds, within our company offices in Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan, Madrid & London.

Flexcity’s core activity consists of supporting the power grid balance through the operation of its large portfolio of flexible fully-automated assets.
Job Description
As a Change & Process Manager, you will primarily focus on leading transformation initiatives across all Flexcity entities while ensuring operational excellence through optimized processes. You will have a direct impact on our organizational transformation and efficiency.
You will be part of our leadership team, reporting to the CFO/CHRO, and your role is divided into:
- Lead transformation and change management initiatives (50%):
- Define and implement the company's transformation roadmap
- Drive change management at all organizational levels across multiple countries
- Coordinate and engage various stakeholders (Business units, Tech, HR)
- Measure and monitor transformation impacts and effectiveness
- Facilitate organizational transitions and cultural shifts
- Design and implement communication strategies for transformation initiatives
- Develop and optimize business processes (30%):
- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate policies and procedures across all countries
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations
- Conduct regular audits and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with IT on process automation tools implementation
- Streamline operations to support transformation objectives
- Strategic governance and performance monitoring (20%):
- Establish KPIs to measure transformation success, process effectiveness, and financial impact
- Provide regular reporting to Executive Committee on transformation progress and business impact
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for change initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for transformation and process systems
- Support budget planning and resource allocation for transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with HR on organizational design and talent management during transformations
Hard Skills
- Fluent in English
- 4 years of experience in consulting and/or transformation projects with business impact
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies
- Proficient in project management and agile methodologies
- Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments
- Financial acumen and budget management skills
- ITIL Certification and knowledge of ITSM tools valued
- Experience with data visualization platforms and transformation analytics
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong leadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams during transformation
- Excellent diplomatic and interpersonal skills for managing change resistance
- Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset for transformation challenges
- High adaptability and agility in dynamic transformation environments
- Rigorous, organized, and resilient under transformation pressure
- Curious about energy sector challenges and transformation opportunities
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams through organizational change
