We’re now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our core technology team. You’ll help design and build the digital backbone that powers reusable packaging at scale — from APIs and backend systems to front-end applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants their code to make a tangible, positive impact on the planet.

What You’ll Do

Product & System Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems.
• Co-design our domain model and core APIs for reusable packaging management.
• Take ownership of services running in production, from deployment to monitoring.

Architecture & Technical Direction

• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical strategy.
• Improve existing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Help shape best practices, development standards, and team processes.

Collaboration & Impact

• Work closely with design operations and clients to translate real-world needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Proactively propose improvements and bring ideas that make reuse easier and more efficient.

Who We’re Looking For

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience with GoLang.
• 2+ years designing and running applications within AWS cloud.
• 2+ years designing, building and maintaining public APIs.
• Experience building systems and processes from scratch and running them in production.
• Proven experience in full-stack development in a product-focused environment.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React applications.
• Familiarity with Flutter and mobile app development.
• Knowledge of ERP or logistics systems is a plus.
