Role Description

Project Based Role (1-2 years)

Experience & Expertise: Research: 7+ years in qualitative & quantitative methods (on-site observations, user testing, interviews)

UX/UI Design: 5+ years on complex workflows; wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs; interaction design & information architecture...agile & design thinking approach

Technical Skills: Figma (design & design systems), PowerPoint, Miro, etc. (strong understanding of web applications)

Projects & Domains experiences: AI/LLMs/chatbots, scientific computing, technical apps, mathematical optimization, power system design, explainable AI (XAI); energy sector experience a plus; Condens experience a plus

Professional Traits: Detail-oriented, cool & empathy + high-quality delivery

Must-Have Competencies

• UX/Research qualification (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or certification)
• Strong analytical & synthesis skills
• Excellent communication & presentation
• User empathy; documentation & process writing
• Languages: German (native/fluent), English (professional)
