As our Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be part of the People Team that keeps Humanoo running efficiently and positively. You’ll help us attract great talent, coordinate interviews, and make sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly - from scheduling to contracts.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and eager to learn how People & Talent functions work in a fast-moving tech company. You’ll work closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and the wider team to deliver a great experience for candidates and colleagues alike.

Working model: Hybrid (2 days per week in-office)

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Support your Talent Acquisition colleagues with recruitment tasks: scheduling interviews, updating candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Try out your detective skills: Go online and actively look for candidates who could fit our jobs
• Manage ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks to keep People Operations running smoothly
• Support with contract preparation, onboarding logistics, and maintaining accurate employee data
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our internal processes and candidate experience
  
  

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Strong verbal and written English skills (C1.2 or above)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• You’re proactive and don’t hesitate to take initiative
• Assertive communication style: whether it’s the CEO or an intern, you’re confident in following up with your stakeholders
• A positive mindset - you bring good energy to your work and team interactions
• You’re open to feedback and see it as an opportunity to grow
  
  

Bonus skills and experience:

• Some experience in an office environment (start-up experience is a plus)
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Personio or Workday
• German language skills
  
  

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Upon receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your profile. If selected, you’ll go through the following steps:

• Initial interview with our People Partner (30 - 45 minutes)
• Second and final interview with two members of the Talent Acquisition Team, including a short live exercise to demonstrate your organisational and communication skills

Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks. We gift the 24th and 31st December as extra vacation days and any additional non-public holiday days during this time will be taken from your annual leave.
