A leading European fintech group is growing its digital and crypto operations — and they’re looking for a Director of Cyber Security to take ownership of security strategy across their trading and digital asset platforms.

This is a senior role reporting directly to the CTO. You’ll lead a talented Cyber Security team, drive the security roadmap, and play a key part in shaping how a regulated financial business protects its most critical systems.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Security, ideally in finance or crypto
• Proven leadership in managing cyber teams within 1st Line of Defense
• Strong technical understanding (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, MaRisk, BAIT, DORA)
• Fluent in German and English
• A proactive, strategic mindset — you think ahead and act fast
