About Metaverse Hub Münster

We’re building a physical-meets-digital hub for AI, Blockchain, VR/AR, DAOs, and the creator economy—events, partner showcases, workshops, and a community of builders. Backed by Arc Nova Ventures. We’re assembling the founding team—you’ll be one of the Co-Founders.

The Role — Co-Founder, Marketing

Own growth, brand, community—and the social media engine. Shape go-to-market, run virtual/hybrid events (with local ops support), build partnerships, and turn content into pipeline.

What you’ll do

• GTM & brand: Positioning, messaging, site/newsletter, editorial calendar.
• Social media management: X/LinkedIn/IG/TikTok—plan, post, engage, analyze, iterate.
• Community & events: Monthly flagships + partner demos; drive RSVPs, retention, referrals.
• Partnerships: Source, pitch, and close collabs (VR/AR studios, AI tools, Web3 projects, universities, local businesses).
• Performance marketing: Run paid/organic experiments; track CAC/LTV/retention.
• Content engine: Threads, shorts, email, case studies; turn events into evergreen assets.
• Data & ops: Dashboards, pricing tests, sponsor packages, reporting.
• Founder work: Hiring support, pitches, investor materials.

First 90 days (clear outcomes)

• Ship brand & site v1, weekly newsletter, public event calendar.
• Close 5–10 ecosystem partners.
• Run 3 pilot events (virtual or hybrid) with content recaps.
• Build a repeatable funnel (lead → event/trial → membership/sponsorship).
• Launch a metrics dashboard (traffic, signups, partner revenue, retention).

Qualifications

• Metric-driven, hands-on operator with excellent written & verbal comms.
• Experience in marketing/sales (growth, social, community, events, or partnerships).
• Research mindset; market mapping, segmentation, wedge discovery.
• Leadership: rally freelancers/volunteers and ship on short cycles.
• No degree required. Portfolio or concrete examples > credentials.
