Senior Site Reliability Engineer – First Team Hire

TechHeads is currently partnered with an established organisation seeking their first Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their team.

As the first SRE, you will be responsible for establishing best practices for scalability, reliability, and monitoring across a suite of SaaS applications. You’ll be working in a modern technology environment, where the team is focused on building new, cloud-native products delivered to a global client base in a microservices architecture.

This is a senior position where you will take full ownership of ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of all SaaS platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure.

You will collaborate closely with an established DevOps team and a growing Software Engineering team in a hands-on technical role, working extensively with Azure Cloud Services, PowerShell, monitoring tools, and more.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to take on a senior SRE role, define best practices for the first time within a scaling organisation, and progress into leadership over the longer term.

Required:

• Proven SRE experience setting best practices and standards
• Strong Azure Cloud knowledge and experience
• Excellent automation experience with PowerShell
• Knowledge and experience of SDLC and best coding practices

Salary: €95,000 - €110,000 DOE
