This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - AML & Transaction Monitoring in Europe.

As a Senior Product Manager focusing on AML and transaction monitoring, you will lead the development of innovative financial compliance products that safeguard transactions and strengthen global financial integrity. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define and execute product strategies, creating scalable solutions for transaction monitoring, case management, and regulatory reporting. Your work will directly impact financial institutions worldwide, ensuring secure and compliant operations while driving product excellence. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a passion for solving complex challenges at the intersection of technology and financial crime prevention. You will influence the roadmap, partner with external vendors, and set industry standards in AML compliance. The position is remote, offering flexibility while working across European and U.S. time zones.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and optimize AML Transaction Monitoring systems and rules
  • Define and drive the Compliance product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with product designers, data analysts, and engineers to develop detailed specifications and prioritize projects
  • Own the specification and integration of AML APIs with technology partners
  • Deliver best-in-class compliance solutions that are trusted and widely adopted by financial institutions
  • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and evolve to address emerging financial crime risks


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management
  • 4+ years of experience building products in KYC, AML Transaction Monitoring, and case management
  • Deep knowledge of AML Transaction Monitoring processes and regulatory compliance
  • Experience integrating third-party vendors for compliance solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to balance data-driven decisions with intuition
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work Eastern Time (U.S.) business hours to coordinate with U.S.-based teams
  • Passion for solving complex customer problems and delivering impactful products
