The Role
We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to help drive the next phase of online growth. This is a strategic hire for someone with proven experience in digital optimisation, who can bring new skills to the team such as SEO, Google Analytics reporting, and UX/UI testing. Someone who can analyse and create reports.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the SEO strategy (on-page optimisation, keyword research, meta data, content improvements)
- Regular Google Analytics reporting, delivering actionable insights on performance, conversion rates, and traffic sources
- Website UX/UI optimisation: run A/B testing, review user journeys, and recommend improvements to enhance conversion
- Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity
- Oversee online merchandising and category optimisation to maximise sales
- Work closely with developers or agencies on website updates, bug testing, and new features
- Provide guidance to team members on e-commerce best practices
- Ensure the online brand experience is consistent with in-store
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, lighthouse)
- Confident analysing data and producing performance reports
- Experience in UX testing or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) desirable
- Excellent copywriting and merchandising skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded, attention to detail
- A collaborative team player, able to contribute strategically
Desirable
- Experience with paid search or paid social campaigns
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor site edits
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Experience with adobe photoshop or graphic design
