The HR Coordinator at Evolution Security is responsible for supporting the HR department in delivering a range of HR services across Ireland and EMEA. This role requires a proactive and detail orientated individual with strong organizational skills to ensure that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records on the HRIS system and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Support the HR team in general administration and employee benefits.
  • Schedule and assist with the coordination of the probation and performance management reviews.
  • Preparing and issuing employee documentation and communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery
  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and systems.
  • Coordinate and process visa applications for employees, in line with immigration legislation.
  • Support employees with documentation and guidance throughout the visa process.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as engagement activities, policy updates, and process improvements.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of visa and immigration processes (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
