Mackenzie Stuart is currently partnered with a Milan-based pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturer, who are actively seeking a Global IT Manager to lead their IT operations, drive digital transformation, and unify systems across their global network.

This is an on-site position based in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a global team of IT professionals
• Oversee and implement infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance
• Manage ERM, CRM, and SaaS platforms
• Drive system integration, user adoption, and AI transformation
• Lead projects across infrastructure, support, software, data, and AI

Requirements:

• 5+ years IT leadership experience, ideally global/multinational
• Fluent English and Italian
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and ISMS frameworks
• Willingness to travel (for IT alignment across sites)
