The company develops innovative HR assessment tools and is currently expanding into new markets while undergoing a rebranding phase.

About The Role

UNLOCK Tests is on an exciting growth journey and is looking for a Product Owner to join our team. The position is well-suited for an experienced Business Analyst with at least minimum experience in product ownership or a Business Analyst seeking a step up into product ownership. In this role, you will be the key link between the founders, development team, and clients - turning ideas into clear, actionable development requirements and ensuring they are delivered effectively.

What Will You Do?

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements for the development team.
• Structure and formalize tasks to ensure smooth delivery of new product features.
• Act as a bridge between founders, developers, and client success managers to align priorities, facilitate effective collaboration and successful product execution.
• Engage in technical discussions with the development team regarding development approaches and requirements.
• Take full ownership in articulating platform product development ensuring seamless product launch, growth, maintenance and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive product impact through data analysis & market research.
• Gather and interpret client feedback, ensuring it informs the product roadmap.

What Are We Looking For?

• 4+ years of experience in business analytics related role.
• Experience in product ownership role would be an advantage.
• Experience working with SaaS or HR-tech products would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, structured, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced data driven environment.
• Experience working in smaller or fast-growing organizations would be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills.
