You love both ink and pixels—and you want to ship work that turns heads.
If you can design clean print, craft modern web interfaces for custom-coded sites (no WordPress templates), and communicate clearly, read on.
We’re hiring a strong, autonomous designer to own day-to-day design delivery across print and web: brand communications, campaign assets, and component-based UI our motivated IT team will hand-code. You’ll collaborate closely, manage your own queue, and raise the bar on craft.
- Brand & comms: campaigns, social assets, pitch decks, internal comms—coherent and on-brand.
- Web/UI (no CMS templates): responsive layouts, components, states, and developer-ready specs.
- Print design: brochures, posters, packaging, signage—pre-press perfect (bleeds, color profiles, dielines).
- Handover & QA: tidy files, tokens, redlines, and asset exports; partner with devs for crisp implementation.
- Stakeholder collaboration: present work, run feedback loops, and translate goals into visuals.
- Portfolio with both print craft and modern web/UI (desktop + mobile).
- Fluency with Adobe CC (Figma is a plus) ; solid grasp of typography, layout, color, and accessibility basics (WCAG awareness).
- Pre-press know-how (CMYK vs RGB, spot colors, trim/bleed).
- Self-starter: you plan, prioritize, and deliver without micromanagement.
- Communication in English / French and/or German is a plus in Luxembourg’s multilingual context.
- Real scope: varied mix of client print/web and impactful internal projects.
- Inclusive, balanced team: respectful feedback, sustainable pace, no drama.
- Growth without bureaucracy: direct access to decision-makers, learning budget (courses, books, events).
- Flexibility: modern tools, sane schedules, and trust. (Hybrid options can be discussed.)
- Salary: We are budgeting for a profile with 3yrs - 6yrs experience in a similar position.
- Employment: full-time, Luxembourg. Start: as soon as we find the right match.
- Share your portfolio + CV (links welcome).
- 45-min call to align on goals and walk through your projects and our activities.
- Meeting in person; decision.
We’re an equal opportunity employer and committed to an inclusive workplace where everyone can do their best work—regardless of background, identity, or ability.

- Tip : Show one standout print piece and one standout web/system piece—with a brief before/after and a sentence on measurable impact—to jump to the top.
