As a C++ Engineer on their Risk software development team, you'll work on technically demanding projects that are central to our core operations.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance systems
Set technical direction for key initiatives and contribute to architectural decisions
Collaborate closely with other engineers, analysts, and business partners
Contribute hands-on through coding, testing, and deployment
Simplify and modernize complex system landscapes
Ensure that systems meet high standards for quality, performance, and reliability

Your profile:
Strong engineering instincts and solid computer science fundamentals
Advanced experience in C++ development
- Experinece in the Financial Sector or in highly regulated environments
Practical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on clean design and maintainability
Experience working in agile, collaborative teams
Effective communicator who can clearly articulate ideas and decisions
Proactive and hands-on, with a sense of ownership and accountability
Interest in large-scale, high-reliability systems in a regulated environment
Important: working on-site at least 3 days per week
