A fast-growing European SaaS company, supporting both public and private sectors with powerful digital tendering solutions. With multiple brands under one umbrella, they are undergoing a major multi-year replatforming programme to unify their technology across the business.

The Role

You'll join the core platform team, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to improve and evolve key product features. This is a high-impact role driving feature discovery, customer feedback integration, and long-term roadmap planning for a centralised platform.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to uncover product needs and pain points
• Research market trends and identify new product opportunities
• Map out high-level technical concepts for features and improvements
• Assess feasibility and resources needed for proposed changes
• Collaborate with product leadership on roadmap planning and prioritisation.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong customer engagement and product discovery background
• Able to translate product ideas into technical concepts
• Experience contributing to or owning product roadmaps
• Any exposure to public sector or procurement tools is a bonus
