🌟 HR Generalist - Focus DACH Region 🌟

As an HR Generalist for this company, you will be part of the global HR team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of all HR aspects within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Acquisition and recruitment efforts.
• Ensuring the correct application of secondary employment conditions (benefits) across all regions in compliance with local legislation.
• Leading contract negotiations with vendors who contribute to HR processes (e.g., recruitment agencies, benefits providers).
• Supporting managers regarding company policies and benefits administration.
• In short: you ensure that all HR procedures are followed correctly and efficiently.

Do You Have What It Takes?

As an HR Generalist, you meet the following requirements:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR, preferably within an international environment.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in both German and English (verbal and written).
• You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
