Job Description:

TBWA\NEBOKO is seeking a proactive and assertive Data Analyst (Marketing) to join our Databay team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full data lifecycle, from data preparation and analysis to reporting and presentation of insights. You will translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies for our clients, working with innovative approaches rather than standard methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and prepare marketing data from various sources.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive marketing strategy.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).\
• Support the Campaign Manager’s with digital campaigns
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the development of data analytics best practices.
• Translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies.
• Make data tangible in media strategies, marketing plans, and business cases.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a marketing environment or consultancy.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with data preparation, statistical testing, predictive modeling, and dashboarding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and assertive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with big data and marketing consultancy
• Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Being commercially minded and able to identify and follow up on opportunities
