Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a dynamic project on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business needs, define priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid English skills (spoken and written) – mandatory for daily interaction with teams.
• Understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
