We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team as our next #bloqstar.
 In this role, you’ll transform company-wide experiences into intuitive, user-centered solutions, leveraging a cross-functional understanding across different business areas. You’ll work on end-to-end design flows that elevate the customer experience, using AI-driven tools to boost design efficiency, creativity, and impact..

What you’ll be doing: 

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the design team, product managers and engineers;

• Bring design ideas to life through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, ensuring a seamless user journey;

• Craft visually appealing graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, and widgets;
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that vividly showcase our functionality and aesthetics;
• Identify and address UX challenges, implementing solutions to improve responsiveness and user satisfaction;
• Incorporate user feedback into design iterations, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user expectations;
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to facilitate seamless collaboration.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• 3–4 years of experience in UI and UX design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital products across different industries;

• A strong and diverse design portfolio demonstrating solid expertise in end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing;

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools, with a strong understanding of design systems and component-based design;

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling the translation of user insights and business goals into effective and user-centered design solutions;

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders and working closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing);

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and consistency across platforms and devices;

• A creative and proactive mindset, consistently bringing innovative ideas and user-first perspectives to improve product experiences and visual impact.
