About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Coach to join our Transformation team, driving the shift toward a Product-Based Organization across IT and Business units. This role is pivotal in scaling Agile practices and implementing ProdOps, while enabling Product Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to thrive in a modern, value-driven delivery model.

The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), supporting ART execution and facilitating key SAFe ceremonies to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Coaching & Transformation

• Guide teams and stakeholders through Agile adoption using Scrum and SAFe frameworks. • Coach individuals and teams to foster Agile mindsets and high-performing behaviors.

• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Communities of Practice.

• Coach RTEs on how to facilitate PI Planning events and ART syncs to align teams and stakeholders.

• Work with new ARTs to establish processes to manage program-level risks, impediments, and dependencies. Team Empowerment & Collaboration

• Promote cross-functional collaboration through Agile ceremonies and planning sessions.

• Empower teams to self-organize and take ownership of deliverables. Public Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor KPIs and Agile metrics to support data-driven decisions.

• Identify areas for improvement and optimize team workflows. Change Management

• Champion a culture of openness, transparency, and adaptability.

• Collaborate with leadership to align Agile principles with strategic business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach and SAFe RTE.

• Deep understanding of Agile at Scale; SAFe SPC certification is a strong plus.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English (C1+).

• Degree in an IT-related field is preferred.

• Past experience as a developer is a plus.
