As a Solver in Data Science at Exsolvæ, you will be responsible for providing data-driven solutions to our clients' challenges in industries such as banking, insurance, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, ...

Job Responsibilities:

Expertise:

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Develop strategies to integrate generative AI into business operations.
• Identify use cases for generative AI applications such as text generation, image synthesis, chatbots, or content creation.

Technical implementation:

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI models using frameworks such as OpenAI, Llamas, Langchain, etc.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models to address specific business needs.
• Implement AI solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

Project Management:

• Plan and manage AI projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Research and Development:

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields.
• Experiment with new models, tools, and techniques to enhance solution effectiveness.

Training and Support:

• Conduct audits, workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for deployed AI solutions.

Key Requirements:

Required:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience with generative AI models such as OpenAI, Llamas, Langchain or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with fine-tuning and customizing AI models.
• Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and databases.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
