Project Manager – Retail Marketing


Responsibilities & Priorities


In-Store Marketing


Develop and deploy demonstration props for major domestic appliances:

  • Lead project planning and execution from research to rollout, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of prop development — from demand research, design, and sampling, to biannual centralized procurement and distribution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve demonstration props based on performance feedback and retail insights.


Adapt and implement POP (Point of Purchase) materials for diverse regional business scenarios:


  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including design, material layout, prop development, and sample display setup.
  • Ensure that all regional adaptations align with brand standards, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Supervise and support POP implementation projects across the EU region, managing local teams and external suppliers.


Set annual display targets for mid-to-high-end and key new products:


  • Define KPIs and track project milestones and performance metrics across markets.
  • Collaborate with centralized suppliers to guarantee on-time and on-quality delivery of POS displays and materials to key retail locations across Europe.


Support product launches at POS:


  • Coordinate with retail marketing creatives, architects, and designers to develop comprehensive launch plans and ensure brand differentiation.
  • Adapt strategies according to store priority, space flexibility, and commercial relevance.


Ensure brand consistency and visibility:


  • Serve as a brand project leader, ensuring adherence to global brand guidelines and consistent brand representation across all retail environments.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess in-store brand exposure and impact on consumer experience.


Marketing Processes


  • Lead cross-functional project coordination, working closely with finance, logistics, and retail marketing teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of POS materials and props to European markets.
  • Partner with HQ Project Managers to oversee the development and preparation of props and POS solutions from Chinese suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Department to plan and execute bidding processes, identifying and contracting central suppliers for POS displays, props, and materials.
  • Ensure rigorous reporting and project documentation, maintaining visibility on progress, risks, and cost control throughout all initiatives.
  • Apply project management methodologies (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) to optimize process efficiency and resource allocation.


Job Holder Profile


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within a retail marketing, consumer electronics, or home appliance industry.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, managing suppliers, budgets, and complex timelines across multiple markets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and the ability to work independently, proactively identifying solutions to ensure project success.
  • Ability to gather market and customer insights and translate them into actionable project plans.
