Project Description: Admixer Media is the Official Media Sales Representative for Google Ads providing tailored support to enhance the advertising impact. With our extensive experience we help businesses achieve and surpass their advertising goals.
Responsibilities:
This position requires a blend of client service, technical knowledge, and analytical skills. You'll be a problem-solver, a strategist, and a champion for Google Ads solutions, helping solving client cases.
- Provide expertise about Google Ads product to clients;
- Participation in negotiations with clients to discuss the rationale of the proposed strategy/tactics;
- Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for the clients;
- Provide consultations and trainings to clients about ad effectiveness, clients onboarding;
- Expanding relationships with existing clients together with Client Partners;
- Using data and insights to drive client strategy and decision-making against client's marketing objectives;
- Educating clients on products, new features and best practices, providing value and empowering cooperation;
- Helping in correctly understanding the campaign results and educating clients about it;
- Audit of Google Ads advertising accounts for clients, search for errors and the possibility of settings improvement;
- Communication and cooperation within the team (Client Partner, other regions, marketing);
- Constant work on professional development: knowledge of Google Ads product, obtaining certifications;
- Public speaking on the events and webinars within relevant topics;
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on different platforms (such as Google Ads, GMP, Facebook ads);
- Understanding of digital platforms, digital advertising metrics, and industry trends;
- The ability to speak about complex data in simple words (analytics, trends, arguments for choosing one or another client planning strategy, etc.);
- Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data, to draw from it meaningful insights and actions;
- Capacity to understand new trends and opportunities and ability to quickly identify if something suits client's needs;
- Provide the visibility in account status, being able to provide ideas in developing sales strategy and clients for the local markets;
- Experience and proven track record in Account management and operational management;
- Have a solid knowledge of Google Ads instruments;
- Have strong listening and interpersonal skills in building relationships with professionals from the clients' side;
- Have strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering, and positive attitude;
- Have solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a time-limited environment;
- Teamwork skills;
- Confident user of Google Workspace and MS Office tools;
- English Intermediate (B1) and above;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of different DSP and other programmatic products;
- Experience in media-planning, research, and optimization of digital or traditional media;
- Knowledge of statistics, previous experience in research: RCTs (random control trials), A/B experiments, geo experiments, etc;
- Basic CRM skills.
