Digital Product Manager

We're on the hunt for a Digital Product Manager to join a passionate, cross-functional team working on one of the most impactful digital platforms in Spain — a product that helps real people, every day.

Role: Digital Product Manager

Location: Madrid- 1x week in office!

You’ll be the glue between tech, data, design, and strategy — shaping a product that’s not only high-traffic and transactional, but also 100% accessibility-first. (Yes, we really care about that — one of our QA testers is visually impaired, and we design with that in mind)!

Whether it’s optimising purchase flows, improving user journeys, or experimenting with new features, your decisions will directly impact thousands of users (and we’re not exaggerating).

You're perfect for this if you:

• Have 3–5 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Come from an e-commerce, digital product, or transaction-heavy background
• Know your way around conversion flows, payment systems, and product data
• Speak Spanish natively (essential!)
