Opportunity :

We are offering a dynamic role through a Full-time internship starting in January 2025.

As a Human Resource Officer Intern at Exsolvæ, you will be responsible for finding Experts, as well as managing the talents within your team. You will work closely with our S&O Managers to understand their needs and goals, manage the career evolution & talent development of our Solvers, and coordinate their contribution to our communities.

💼 6 Months Paid Internship as Human Resources Officer Intern

📝Identifying potential Experts, organize and lead interviews, develop a recruitment strategy, manage talent development of our Experts, manage the internal communities and follow-up on the internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential Experts and organize interviews.
• Managing the talent development and evolution of your solver’s team.
• Develop a recruitment strategy suited to the needs of the company.
• Managing existing and create new internal communities.
• Employment contract proposals and negotiation.
• Managing career evolution and growth paths within the company.

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Management or similar.
• Mandatory - End of Study Internship ( if a good fit, opportunity for a long-term contract )
• Mandatory - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandatory – Good level of knowledge regarding Excel, Teams, OpenAI ChatGPT, …
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Mandatory - Fluent Speaker & Writer NL/ENG or FR/ENG (Trilingual (FR/NL/ENG) Preferred)
