Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to support the migration of existing services from an old Java platform to a modern architecture. You will work in a small, agile team responsible for initiating and driving this long-term transformation, collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze requirements, plan conversions, and develop new services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the migration and redevelopment of existing Java services to a new platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement solutions.
• Contribute to establishing effective ways of working for ongoing platform transformation.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Openshift / Kubernetes, MQ, and Sterling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with large-scale migration or transformation projects.
• Background in banking or insurance environments.
