We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer, passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and meaningful user experiences for digital tools and applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional agile teams, including developers, product owners, and other designers, to translate user needs into elegant and functional design solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
  • Translate research findings into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Design user interfaces for digital tools and applications, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
  • Work within established design systems and graphical guidelines while also contributing to their evolution.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
  • Deliver production-ready graphics and assets for use in development.
  • Contribute to agile workflows, participating in activities such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure design decisions are grounded in both research data and practical insights.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies, including interviews, testing, and feedback analysis.
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to design within and contribute to existing design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, ideally with Lean UX, Design Sprint, or Scrum frameworks.
  • Some coding knowledge is advantageous but not required.
